How do I download your freebies?

If you already have an account on eftilo.com and you used the same email to subscribe to our newsletter, visit your dashboard and, after logging in, you will find links to download the plugin installer.

If you don’t have an account on eftilo.com and you already subscribed to our newsletter, don’t worry. I created an account for you using the email you used to subscribe to our newsletter. Just set a new password, login with your new password and visit your dashboard to download the plugin installer.

I purchased a license for one of your products. How do I download the plugin and the license?

If you already have an account on eftilo.com and you used the same email in the checkout form when purchasing the license, visit your dashboard and, after logging in, you will find links to download the plugin installer and the associated license.

If you purchased a license without having an account on eftilo.com, or you provided a different email in the checkout form when purchasing the license, don’t worry. I created an account for you using the email you provided in the checkout form. Just set a new password, login with your new password and visit your dashboard to download the plugin installer and associated license.

How do I activate my license?

When launching the plugin for the first time, a pop-up asking you to activate it will appear. Using the provided file selector, select the .eftilokey file downloaded from your dashboard. The plugin will take care of the rest.

I logged into my account page but don’t see any file to download. What should I do?

Make sure the account you are logged in has the same email as the one you provided in the checkout form when you purchased your license. If that is the case, feel free to contact me through the support form below. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

What formats do Eftilo’s plugins come with?

macOS: VST3 64-bit and Audio Unit 64-bit
Windows: VST3 64-bit

What about AAX?

AAX is not provided for now. If the request is high, I will look into adding it.

When launching the Windows installer I get a virus alert from my antivirus. What should I do?

The Windows installers are not yet provided with a digital signature. This is triggering alerts from your antivirus software. If you downloaded the installer from eftilo.com, simply allow its execution from your antivirus dashboard. Otherwise, I cannot vouch for its safety.

Does Eftilo sell plugins through resellers?

No. Eftilo’s plugins can only be purchased through eftilo.com. Any sales that didn’t take place on eftilo.com is to be considered unauthorized and customer support will not be provided in that case.

I'm trying to download your plugins, but I keep getting a broken .exe file. What should I do?

If you’re using Safari, disable the “Open safe files after downloading” option. Safari attempts to open .dmg and .zip files automatically, which can sometimes result in the file being incorrectly converted to an .exe. You can re-enable this option after downloading if desired.
